Notice of power outage
due to legal inspection of electrical equipment

The inspection of electrical equipment as required by law will be carried out to ensure that the guests can stay with comfort.　We will experience a temporary power outage in all areas of the hotel on the following dates and time as below informed. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, and ask for your kind understanding.

~ Schedule~
February 26（Mon） 2024, 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Please be advised that due to a legal inspection of electric equipment system, most of the electric devices in hotel will not be available during the period above.

【Check-in】
・Check-in will begin at 2:00 p.m. as usual.
・Please note that early check-in cannot be accepted during the blackout period.

【Check-out】】
・Check-out time is until 11:00 a.m. as usual.
・Please note that we cannot accept any requests for extension of check-out time.
・After 12:30 p.m. we will not be able to accept credit card payments.

【 Guests staying for consecutive nights】
・You can stay in your room during the blackout period, but all electrical facilities in the hotel will be out of service during the blackout period.　
・Emergency lights will be on in the rooms and hallways.
・Toilets, showers, and other bathrooms will also be out of service.

【Facilities that cannot be used during power outage】
・Elevators, televisions, refrigerators, lighting, electrical outlets, internet, and all other electrical equipment
・Air conditioning (heating and cooling) equipment, water supply and hot water facilities including bathrooms and toilets
・Please use the emergency stairs when going out.
・For safety purposes, please turn off your PC to protect your computer data. The hotel will not take responsibility for any PC problems due to power outage.

【Restaurant　楓川KAEDEGAWA】
・The restaurant will be open for breakfast as usual (7:00-10:30) and temporarily closed for lunch.
